Offer Holder Certificates upload tool
Collecting in certificates for qualifications you already had when you applied via UCAS.

This upload tool is for Christ's College offer holders who are uploading certificates for the 14 Feb deadline. You will need to collect the certificates you are sending into one pdf to upload. The pdf must be no more than 3MB in size and ordered chronologically from the earliest qualifications you are uploading to your latest qualifications.
The deadline for uploading your certificates via this tool is 14 February (12 noon UK time). Please read the offer holder certificates page for full information. Many thanks!

If you have English Language Certificates such as an IELTS Academic Test Report Form or a TOEFL IBT Score report, please do not include these in your pdf - they need to be uploaded separately via the English Language upload tool. Where English was taken as one of your school exams (e.g. if you did IGCSE English), please include with your certificates.

AFTER 14 FEB:
This upload tool is only for the qualifications you already have by 14 Feb. For grades you receive after 14 Feb, please do not use this upload tool. Instead please see the offer holders page about receiving exam results for details of what you need to do to ensure that we have your new exam results.

Are any certificates missing from your pdf?
Please confirm that you have named your pdf correctly. It should be named in the following format:
12 - Subject - LAST NAME First name - Offer holder certificates - UCAS Personal ID (no dashes)

e.g. for the fictional Amy Rae it could be
12 - History - RAE Amy - Offer holder certificates - 1093772946

Note that there is a space before and after each hypen, and there is a number at the beginning.
Please now upload your certificates document.
You can only upload ONE pdf.

Please now submit this form

When you press 'Submit form' below, please make sure that you see the screen confirming it has been received safely. If you see this screen then you know that the form has been received safely.
