Thank you for agreeing to participate in this survey. Your views are important to us. 

We are interested in your views concerning the use of healthcare data in research relating to the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the National Health Service (NHS) Breast Screening Programme, which aims to improve breast screening.

This is an anonymous survey, the results of which will be discussed at a PPI meeting but no individual comments will be shared. A PPI meeting will take place to further understand the views of patients and the public surrounding healthcare data use in this research that are not outlined as part of this survey.

The results will also be reported to the ethics committees and included in a PhD Thesis / future publications. This will include the anonymous results and comments provided as part of this survey and PPI meeting.
